About 30DayHero

Built for people who are tired of starting over.

30DayHero is a focused 30-day challenge app: one promise, one clear daily action, an honest record, and a way back when life interrupts.

Why I built it

I am a father of three, and I was good at starting things. The problem was finishing them. Every new plan arrived with several other improvements I wanted to make at the same time. A workout plan became a new sleep schedule, a reading goal, and a meditation practice. A few weeks later, none of them had a clean finish.

The periods that actually changed my behavior were narrower. I chose one meaningful action and gave it a defined finish line. Thirty days did not make the action permanent by magic. It gave me enough time to meet ordinary friction, learn how to return, and reach a moment I could honestly call complete.

30DayHero is the system I wanted in those months: private by default, specific about today, and designed to preserve the truth when a day goes badly.

What we protect

A useful system, not another performance.

Finish one thing

A single primary promise creates a clearer day and a more useful record than an attempted total reinvention.

Tell the truth about the month

Full days, minimum days, misses, planned rest, and returns all belong in the record. There is no public streak to protect.

Make returning ordinary

A difficult day should have a smaller doorway. A missed day should have a defined next step, not a dramatic restart.

See exactly how the system is designed.
