One curated boost today
DAY 30 THANK-YOU
You were in my corner until the finish.
No points. Just the finish.
Why thirty days
Long enough to prove it.
Short enough to commit.
Thirty days will not guarantee a permanent habit. It gives you a real finish line: long enough to demand something, short enough to start now.
Read the evidence and design choicesDay 1
Start strong
Make the commitment specific and finish the first rep.
Day 9
Beat The Dip
The novelty fades. Do the full rep or use the hard-day version, but do not disappear.
Day 21
More done than left
You have completed more days than remain. Keep the line.
Day 30
I DID IT
Finish the commitment, see the complete record, and choose what comes next.
A note from the founder
I'm Thomas. I have three kids. I was great at starting and terrible at finishing.
Here's what kept happening to me: every new thing I tried came bundled with four other things I also wanted to fix. New workout plan? Also meditate. Also read more. Also wake up earlier. Three weeks later, I had finished none of them and felt worse than when I started.
The months that actually changed me had one thing in common: I picked one thing and gave it thirty days. Not forever. Thirty days. 30DayHero protects that focus when another goal tries to steal it.
I built the app that makes me finish. Now it is your turn.
