How it works

One challenge. One move a day. One finish.

01

Pick your challenge

Choose one clear 30-day challenge: running, reading, writing, meditating, coding, or something else that matters. One thing. All the way.

02

Win today

Open the app, see exactly what counts, do the rep, and tap “I DID IT.”

03

Say “I did it”

Reach Day 30 with every completed day, rest, miss, and comeback recorded. Then choose what you will finish next.

Built for real life

Missed one? Come back and keep going.

No reset. No disappearing.

The missed day stays visible. Do the next scheduled action and keep moving toward Day 30.

Yesterday stays true. Today is yours.

Know exactly what counts

Use the built-in timer or record a rep you already finished. No guesswork.

Keep every finish

Every finished challenge stays in your Profile with the completed days, misses, and comebacks that got you there.

See all 30 days

Your Arc shows completed actions, planned rest, misses, and comebacks. Every day stays in the record.

One challenge at a time

No goal stacking halfway through. Finish the one you chose, then decide what comes next.

A finish worth sharing

Day 30 gives you a complete summary and an optional Reveal card built around two words: I DID IT.

Your corner

Someone in your corner until you finish.

Give one person enough context to push you forward while your personal details stay yours.

Bring someone into your corner

Invite one person to follow your 30 days. Every invitation requires their approval, and either person can disconnect at any time.

They see only what helps

They can see your challenge, your current day, and whether today is done. Your notes, reflections, scores, and account details stay private.

One boost. Zero noise.

They can send one curated boost each day. No chat, public feed, leaderboard, or performance for strangers.

DAY 9 COMPLETE

Alex did it today.

Challenge and completion only

DAILY BOOST

Go get today. I’m with you.

One curated boost today

DAY 30 THANK-YOU

You were in my corner until the finish.

No points. Just the finish.

Why thirty days

Long enough to prove it.
Short enough to commit.

Thirty days will not guarantee a permanent habit. It gives you a real finish line: long enough to demand something, short enough to start now.

Read the evidence and design choices

Day 1

Start strong

Make the commitment specific and finish the first rep.

Day 9

Beat The Dip

The novelty fades. Do the full rep or use the hard-day version, but do not disappear.

Day 21

More done than left

You have completed more days than remain. Keep the line.

Day 30

I DID IT

Finish the commitment, see the complete record, and choose what comes next.

A note from the founder

I'm Thomas. I have three kids. I was great at starting and terrible at finishing.

Here's what kept happening to me: every new thing I tried came bundled with four other things I also wanted to fix. New workout plan? Also meditate. Also read more. Also wake up earlier. Three weeks later, I had finished none of them and felt worse than when I started.

The months that actually changed me had one thing in common: I picked one thing and gave it thirty days. Not forever. Thirty days. 30DayHero protects that focus when another goal tries to steal it.

I built the app that makes me finish. Now it is your turn.

Before you ask

Fair questions. Straight answers.

Yes. Choose a challenge to get the daily action, hard-day fallback, comeback rule, and four-part month plan. Copy it without creating an account or entering an email.

Thirty days will not guarantee a permanent habit. It gives you something more useful right now: a clear challenge, a real finish line, and a record of what you completed.

The missed day stays visible. Come back for the next scheduled action and keep moving toward Day 30. No fake streak and no restart from zero.

Because five goals compete for the same time and attention. One challenge gives you a clear daily choice for 30 days. Finish it, look back at the record, then choose what comes next.

The finished challenge stays in your Profile with every completed day, rest, miss, comeback, and final reflection. Start something new or take a break. The finish remains yours.

The launch catalog includes 16 focused challenges across fitness, learning, calm, and creative work. Your first Arc includes all 16. After that, eight stay free and Hero+ keeps all 16 available. Every Quest has a clear daily action, a hard-day version, and practical safety guidance.

Yes. Invite one person into your corner. They see your challenge, current day, and whether today is done. They never see your notes, reflections, or ratings.
